1 Kiwifruit
½ a carrot
¼ piece of a large red beet
½ stalk celery
Handful (approx 15 leaves) of baby spinach
¼ cup yogurt or kefir
½ inch thin piece of fresh ginger
½ an apple
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1&1/2 cup water
1tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Mix the above in a blender to make a delicious smoothie that is loaded with immune boosting nutrients.
